About me
From my earliest memories, I wanted to become a scientist, specifically a physicist. I then studied Mathematics at the University of Geneva. While I loved the mathematics themselves, I hated the academic environment. I always felt like I had my creativity stifled by archaic teaching philosophies.
I yearned for more in my life.
I then had the opportunity to integrate The EPFL Rocket Team as one of its earliest member, and I was in complete charge of designing and building the experimental payload for the rockets. From Muon detectors to compliant energy harvesters, my team strived for student-led innovation in various science and engineering fields.
The complete intellectual freedom and the ever-changing nature of this kind of stimulating environment was one of the best thing that happened to me in a long time, career wise or otherwise, and it motivated me to abandon my long enough studies in mathematics and to pivot into engineering.
I am now finishing my Bachelor in System Engineering at the ZHAW.
In the near future, I aim to build my own tech ventures. This is where I want to find and nurture my freedom to create and innovate, without restrictions.
